Memorial Scholarship
The Wayne County Democratic Committee is pleased to announce the second annual Mark Graziadio Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship has been established to honor the memory of Mark Graziadio, past chairperson of the Wayne County Democratic Committee. Mark had a deep commitment to help foster an understanding of the ideals that helped build our country and government. We hope that this scholarship inspires activism in Wayne County. The 2025 scholarship will be for $1000.
Applicant Requirements:
Wayne county resident
Senior in high school, graduating in 2025
At least a “C” average
Furthering education beyond high school (e.g., trade school, 2-year college, or 4-year college or university)
Completion of an essay about civic engagement (approximately 500 words)
Application Deadline: April 18, 2025
